We have been in a prolonged state of trauma and crisis. It can be hard to find our way back home to ourselves.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Altar Practice for Times of Transition

For some of us in the western hemisphere, Fall, the season of transition, asks our bodies to slow down while the world around us seems to be speeding up. There is a dissonance that can happen where we feel untethered, conflicted and pulled in multiple directions.

Working with Altars is a practice that I have personally found very supportive, especially in this season of transition. Altars have helped me reconnect, reground and anchor back to my sense of self and what’s important to me. It is also a physical place I can return to for comfort and connection.

Why start an altar building practice?

  • You can create a physical manifestation of what is sacred to you.

  • You can make space to honor the complexity and contradictions in your life.

  • They can be your personal pathway to Spirit and the natural world.

  • They can help amplify what you desire.

  • You can adjust them as needed to support what you feel is important

  • They are beautiful!

If this feels like a practice you want to explore, welcome! I’m so glad you are here. There will be 6 virtual sessions that meet on Zoom. All sessions are 90 minutes and will start at 4:30pm PST. The first meeting will be on the 21st of September - the day before the Fall Equinox.

A Space for Leaders

We are in a time of transition where we are experiencing big societal changes as well as changes within our organizations. The impact is felt in different ways depending on who we are. I’m noticing a lot of pressure and expectation, especially for leaders. As a Leader in this time, you might be feeling pulled in many directions. You might be doing so much work alone. You might be exhausted, but still running. Right now, it might feel impossible to create space for yourself. But taking an intentional moment of pause could be exactly what is needed.

I would like to invite you into a space where you can take stock of where you have been, reconnect with yourself and reflect. From there, you can explore practices to help you feel grounded as you move forward.

The benefits of co-creating a space with other leaders:

  • Our stories are a source of power, validation, connection and wholeness

  • Others bearing witness to our experiences is healing

  • Together we can break the isolation we often feel

  • Our collective wisdom allows for creativity and possibility

  • Sharing our wisdom will benefit more than our collective - it will benefit our communities

  • Effective practices that bring us home to ourselves allow for better discernment
